Ah, Children's Week in World of Warcraft: where you get to drag a little one from your faction (the Horde gets Orcs, the Alliance gets Humans) all over the place, and test your character's tolerance for kids.

So here's Legn explaining that it's NOT okay to threaten to feed orphans to Hakkar the Soulflayer, even if you add "just kidding".

You know, I think there might be. I've heard mention of it, but I've never been on that server.

He's named for the actual Bloodscalp tribe you fight in Stranglethorn near Grom'gol.
